A chameleon's tongue is
twice as long as its body.
According
to National Geographic, the sticky tongues of chameleons are
roughly twice the length of their bodies—for humans, that would be like having
a tongue that measured 10 to 12 feet long. In addition, the color-changing
lizard has one of the fastest tongues in the animal kingdom. Quite the combo!
