The longest tennis rally
lasted over 12 hours.
Italian
athletes Simone Frediani and Daniele
Pecci earned the world record for the longest tennis rally ever on June 11, 2017. Hitting for more than
12 and a half hours straight—from 6:23 a.m. to 7 p.m.—the two took a total of
51,283 uninterrupted strokes, sipping from water-filled backpacks to hydrate
without having to stop play. Any good tennis player will tell you that
consistency is crucial, and we're pretty sure these two have that part of the
game down pretty darn well.
