Argentina/Brazil’s Iguazu Falls
There are so many
stunning waterfalls throughout the world and of course, we’re familiar with
some of the most popular such as Niagara Falls and Africa’s Victoria Falls.
Why are we so
impressed with Iguazu Falls? Made up of 275 individual waterfalls, it’s one of
the largest cataracts in the world. In 2011, Iguazu was voted one of the New
Seven Wonders of Nature, the only waterfall on the list.
What sets it apart from other falls is that interspersed among its
immense walls of falling water are delicate cascades and rivulets that dance
among lush tropical foliage. Spectacular rainbows here are a routine
occurrence.
