The Guggenheim is a modern
and contemporary art museum designed by Canadian-American architect Frank
Gehry. Located in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain, the museum was established in
the year 1997 by King Juan Carlos I of Spain. The Guggenheim Museum is a
spectacular twisting titanium-clad modern art museum and also the most
celebrated building of the 1990s. Also, it features some of the permanent and
visiting exhibits of works by Spanish and international artists.
